Frozen migratory locusts are excellent for:

• Reptiles such as bearded dragons, chameleons, geckos or monitors

• Birds (e.g. chickens, quails, ornamental birds)

• Insectivorous mammals such as hedgehogs or shrews

• Amphibians that accept large feeder animals

Feeding recommendation

Take the desired amount of locusts from the package and let them thaw at room temperature or in the fridge. Then feed promptly. Do not refreeze!
Depending on species and size, offer daily or several times a week in appropriate portions.
