Live insects ordered by Monday 7:00 a.m. will be shipped within the same week (except mealworms, soldier fly larvae, wax moths and zophobas — these can be ordered until Wednesday 10:00 a.m.).

Shipping Information

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on order value and destination country. 

Shipping costs and delivery times within Germany.

1. SHIPPING PROVIDER & DELIVERY TIMES
• Live insects and dry goods: DHL Standard shipping 1–3 working days (including heat pack in winter and cool pad at higher temperatures) 
• Frozen goods: Go! General Overnight Express shipping (incl. styrofoam box and dry ice) 1 working day (no Saturday delivery) delivery by 2 p.m.
„Express“ refers to the shipping transit time after handover to the carrier – i.e. delivery on the next working day after dispatch. The order is not treated as express in-house. It refers solely to the transit time after handover to the carrier.

2. SHIPPING COSTS
• DHL Standard (live goods): €5.49 
• DHL Express (frozen goods): €24.99


2.1. FREE SHIPPING
• Dry goods & live insects: Free shipping from €75 order value
• Frozen goods (express shipping): Free shipping from €450 order value


3. SHIPPING DAYS

• Frozen goods: Shipping Monday to Thursday (orders by 12:00 are usually shipped the same day)
• Live insects: Live goods ordered by Monday 07:00 a.m. will be shipped within the same week (except mealworms, soldier flies, wax moths and zophobas – these can be ordered until Wednesday 10:00 a.m.)
• Dry goods: Shipping Monday to Friday


4. SELF-PICKUP IN BREMEN

You are welcome to pick up your order directly from us by prior arrangement. Please schedule an appointment via:

5. NOTES ON FROZEN & LIVE GOODS

Frozen goods are shipped exclusively with Go! General Overnight Express, in insulated styrofoam boxes with dry ice. Please ensure the package can be received on the first delivery attempt, as delayed acceptance may affect the quality of the goods.

The shipping costs calculated by our online shop immediately before ordering always apply.

Live goods are not shipped to parcel locker addresses. 

DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number with which you can track your shipment. Through your email address we also send you other helpful information related to your order, such as delivery and return confirmations. 

Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a shipping notification.

For data protection reasons, we do not transmit your email address to the shipping service provider. Therefore you will not receive a direct package announcement from the deliverer.

DELAYS

Should any items be temporarily unavailable or the promised delivery time be delayed, we will of course inform you via email.

Live insect deliveries may also be delayed due to temperature – we want the goods to arrive alive.

LOGISTICS PARTNER

We ship with Go! General Overnight. After receiving your order, we pack it as quickly as possible and hand it over to Go!, this process normally takes less than one working day (please note the special conditions for frozen and live shipping). If there is a problem with your package, simply email us at info@entozoo.de and we will ensure that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
