Our frozen house crickets (Acheta domesticus) are a natural and protein-rich addition to the diet of reptiles, birds, fish and small mammals. They come from sustainable breeding in Northern Germany, are Made in Germany, free from preservatives and are gently frozen at the optimal time – for maximum freshness and quality.

Feeding recommendation:
Frozen crickets are an excellent supplement to your feeding plan. Please feed a varied diet and do not use as the sole main food.Thawing:
Gentle: At room temperature for approx. 30–60 minutes
Quick: In a sieve with lukewarm water (not too hot!)
Quantity:
Only thaw as many crickets as will be fed immediately – do not refreeze!
The exact portion depends on animal species and size.
Ideal as a protein-rich supplement to the main food.
Storage:
Store frozen at –18 °C or colder.
